BOYS, BOYS, BOYS!!!

Why do boys LOVE video games and poke'mon cards so much? This is usually the exact positions I see every time the boys have friends over. Yes, of course I make them go outside and play but they come right back in to download each others video games and to trade poke'mon cards. What did boys do back in the old days? As the boys are getting older and Ellie too, I've come to realize how VERY different girls and boys are. Lately I feel like I don't know how to raise boys...how weird is that? That's just what I started with! They are SO fun, and I love them to pieces...but sometimes I feel like they're a different breed!

They start swim team next week with all their little friends. That should be very interesting...Zach is soooo competitive & Dallin is completely non-competitive. I just pray it'll be a good experience for both of them.

This a picture of Dallin all ready for his class field trip to the wild life zoo...sun screen and all. I have to tell a funny story. A week before the field trip Dallin got in trouble. He said, "please ground me for a week, take away my video games, anything...but don't make me miss my field trip!" We hadn't even thought of that...good idea Dallin! :) Well, as you can see he got to go!

Wacky Zachy...this nickname came at an early age and it just fits as you can see!
