Food storage made easy

About a year ago a man knocked on my door and asked if I was interested in hearing about different food storage solutions. I invited him in and he showed me all these different freeze dried food products that have a shelf life of 30 years and all you have to add is hot water. I didn't think I would like it, but to my surprise they were delicious! My favorites were the lasagna, chicken teriyaki w/ rice, and the beef stroganoff. I loved that the meal is all prepared and so easy. I think the basics are great to have like wheat, sugar, flour, beans, rice...but I love this addition to my food storage. It makes me feel safe knowing there is a complete meal ready to go if we need it. It is also great to take on camp outs. Ellie even eats the chicken teriyaki for lunch sometimes.

I tell you this not to try to sell it to you, but our good friend Shane Christopher has just become a sells rep for Daily Bread. Check out the website at http://dailybreadfoodstorage.com/

I will be having a food tasting night at my house this Thursday, 5/8/2008 from 6:30-7:30 and anyone is welcome to come and taste these products. I think you will be amazed at how yummy they taste. Shane will be there to answer any questions you might have. Leave a comment with your email and I will email directions to my house.

(if you are not able to come but are interested in hearing more you can email Shane at medic_805@yahoo.com)

Hey, we've ordered from Daily Bread and they're really good! The problem is keeping my husband out of it!
