Well...I thought I'd better document some of the things we did during Fall Break. The thing that comes to my mind first is CRAFTS!!! I don't consider myself very crafty, but my kids live for crafts as many kids do. So, here are some pictures of the crafts we did over Fall break.
We made tons of Creepy Crawlers...now I find them all over my house and they scare me to death. There is a black scorpion that I always find in random places and I scream every time I see it. You would think I would of learned by now, plus scorpions aren't even black...huh!
The kids invited some friends over and they made marshmallow people, buildings...etc out of marshmallows and toothpicks. I remember doing this as a kid & thought it was so fun.

Well, this is the "in" thing around our home. These are our perler bead creations. The kids have really enjoyed making these...all you do is line up the beads on the different trays and then iron them together. The kids made over 20 of these creations and sold them to neighborhood friends. All in all it was a pretty uneventful fall break but to me it was wonderful to stay home and just relax.

What fun ideas! My kids love doing the beaded creatures. They are fun, but we've dumped the bead box more than once so they've been up in the cupboard for awhile. I love the marshmallow idea. I forgot about how much fun these are to make. Thanks for the fun reminder.
