ESCAPEE on the loose!

Two nights ago:
I said, "good night" (loves and kisses.)
(turn off the light & shut the door)
2 seconds later
Audrey opens her door and walks out like she has beat the system.
"what???"...none of my other kids have never DARED!!!
(this repeated 8x's until I finally gave up)
The next morning I bought one of these handy devices.
(whoever invented this is a genius!)
Poor Audrey!
I feel so bad caging her up but it is worth her safety and my sanity.

Out smarted again!

It doesn't look all that bad...at least the "cage" is white. Huh?

Okay that is so stinking funny. It is about time you had an escapee....all of mine but Sam were...I would hear them thump on the ground when they made it out. Love the cage...hopefully she won't be too scarred for life. I used to put a wooden board and bungie cords on McKay Carling's crib (mother's orders) and I think he turned out okay. Just kiddin...I will be in the same boat you are in about a year! AHHHHH!

I would soooo invest in the "cage" if my kids climbed out too!! So smart!! I have never had a child climb out, but Tate is getting to that age, so I may be buying one too!!

That little stinker. I have always been worried my kids would do this, but not yet. We'll see. I saw Audra today and she just bought those for her boys today. Crazy stuff! Her room is adorable still!

Spencer was climbing out of his crib at 17 months and it drove me crazy! We just put his crib base/matress on food storage cans. Dropping it about 4 inches and the little stinker couldn't get out of that until after 2. Love the cage.

Never seen those before...how genius. And it doesn't look bad at all!

I think this is hillarious. I've seen these cages advertised but never seen one used. She has her very own "princess" bed with a canopy. It does look cute and serves it's purpose as well. I've never had kids climb out either. We'll see what personality this one has.

That made me laugh- only my first one was "perfect" enough to just stay in bed, I have to stack up two of those folding gates on Grace & Emma's room to keep them in. (don't tell CPS, I take them down once they're sleeping!)
