Claire's birth

This wonderful day will never be forgotten.  Everything was perfect...words can't express how excited we were to meet our new little girl.  The kids came down to the hospital about an hour after she was born.  It was such an amazing experience to all be together as a family.
Meeting for the first time...wow, being pregnant for 9 months was worth every minute for a moment like this.
Jared said to me the moment she was born..."this can't be our last baby"...it made me sad to think that she may be the final baby we have.  I tried to soak it all up and enjoy every minute I could.
My three girls!
The kids were so excited to meet their baby sister.  Audrey on the other hand was just interested in sitting on my lap as soon as she saw me.  She's still my baby too...just bigger...a lot bigger!
Zach loved baby Claire.

Dallin was so sensitive at the hospital...he had big tears rolling down his cheeks as he left and said he felt the spirit.
What would we do without Grammie?  Suzi & Rachel took the kids to all their various activities that day including bring the kids to the hospital.
I love this man.  Doctor Beck has delivered all 5 of my kids.  He was as wonderful as always.  He has a way of coming in a room and calming every nerve in my body.
Brooke Brown was my nurse.  She is amazing...i can't believe all the things she knows and does.  She was truly wonderful!
Claire has 2 little birth marks one on her tummy and the other on her arm.
She has the most amazing hair.  I love to rub up against her soft little head...I'm definitely  whooped over my little darling.
Jared has been the most amazing husband, labor coach, meal fixer, diaper changer, taxi driver, father, and friend.  I loved having him all to myself during our hospital stay.  He slept on the couch right by my bed and didn't leave my side.  I love him more and more each day.
Finally home!  The kids had posters and signs that they made for me and baby Claire.
Out of all the kids Ellie was the most excited to hold her baby sister.  She started asking months ago how many more days until baby Claire would come.

You've added another gorgeous child to your already gorgeous family. Congratulations! I have to say that occasionally I'm sad those days are gone. I'm just waiting for grandchildren! Who are awfully slow in coming. :)
