First off...Ellie is in her swimming suit 99% of the time so this just seems so normal to me but as I was putting these pictures on I realized how funny she is always wearing her suit. 
She has been explaining all day what she wanted to do from the moment she woke up. "You know mom, you make lines with it and you roll it." a minute later she would say, "It makes stripes" ??? I had no idea what she was talking about.
Finally, I realized what it was. A couple months ago we resealed our grout. I let her help and she loved using the little bottle with small roller on top to keep the solution in a straight line. So today I filled the bottle with water and she just went to town. Keeping her grout lines straight and wiping off any excess water. What an entertaining activity!!! She would call me in to show me how much she had done. I think she has been doing this for an hour now, and she just asked me if she can have a little break! 
I love activities that keep their interest. It's usually some activity that was not designed for kids...but they think it's way cool and fun! If you think your kids would think this is totally exciting you can buy these bottles at Home Depot for $3. It doesn't take much to entertain the Everton children!

Congrats on your big win. That swim suit story reminded me of Natalie. I have a year of pictures where she is always wearing her pink and purple leo with a matching skirt. I'd have to sneak it away to wash it.
