Thankgiving!

The tables!!! Jared's Mom got the centerpieces for our dinner. Aren't they pretty? She's so wonderful...I couldn't do anything without her...seriously!

This is a ugly picture of me...but I just had to post it because Audrey was so cute and sat on my lap the entire time and LOVED the food!
I think Elder Wood is glowing in this picture! Cool Huh!

Well, Thanksgiving was a great success! This was my 1st Thanksgiving that I've ever hosted. My parents and siblings came. . .except for Jan (in Iceaho, oh I mean Idaho), and Blake (in Peru on his mission). My Great Uncle Elder Robert Wood and his wife Dixie came too, along with two of their daughter's and their families. So that totaled 13 adults, 11 kids, and 2 babies! Fun Times!

Jared took a huge part in putting this feast together. He was in charge of the turkey and stuffing. He went grocery shopping with his Mom and pretty much followed her around and put into his cart whatever his mom did. He was awake in the wee hours of the night tending to his turkey, and was nervous that his turkey wouldn't thaw properly. (It did.) His Mom said she'd never thought more about preparing a turkey in her life! Jared called her just about every hour to compare the progress of her turkey. It was pretty cute!

The clean up wasn't as bad as I expected. After everyone left, my Mom stayed and helped me wash every dish until everything was back to it's original place. That was so nice of her. Thanks Mom!
