Honey...do you think we should buy another candle?

Jared woke me up this morning, as I was half asleep he said,"Jill, you know how we light that candle in the kitchen? Don't you think we should get another one that smells good for Christmas?" As he was saying this, I was thinking. . .WHAT??? I thought that was really strange that he would care what kind of candle smell we would have, and that he wants to buy another one!
After waking up completely. . .I was laughing and teasing him. He then proceeded to tell me that a lady down at his office won't stop bugging him to buy these candles that she is selling. He told me that she keeps emailing all the lists of candles to buy. Yesterday she even called Jared to see if she could bring in samples for him to smell. He said to me, "I was just hoping you would say yes, and buy one so this lady would stop bothering me." Jared's just too nice to people. Last year, he bought from the same lady these socks for Ellie with beads crocheted at the end. Lets just say these were hidden!
