wolf award

Last night Dallin got his wolf award at the blue and gold banquet.  It was held at Barney Park. The boys had blast running around outside...it was kind of chilly and almost felt like we were camping.  My camera's batteries died...so I'm very grateful for my friend who let me borrow her camera...thanks Nichole!  Dallin had to drink wolves blood (juice)...which if you know Dallin he HATES, I mean HATES any kind of juice.  He was tough and didn't let on that it was so horrible to him.  I love the picture at the end, you can tell he thought it was nasty...ha, ha...I guess I can chalk it down for him getting his fruit intake for the day! (actually if was probably so full of sugar with no nutritional value)  oh...Ellie spilled her hot chocolate on my big belly, front and center, white shirt and everything...luckily I know how to retouch that in iphoto.

I have to share the cutest decoration idea that the wolves made for the centerpieces.  They are gumball machines made out of a planting pot and glass bowl (at walmart for 97 cents) The lid is two planting pot trays glued together (two different sizes) and a wooden ball painted.  They were adorable!  The lady who put them together said she got the idea online.

You are so welcome for the camera. I had no idea that Dallin hated juice. That explains why i t took him so long to drink it. He was probably gagging it down. Poor kid. :)

Wow...Dallin is a stud...we're scrambling to hurry and get Nate's Wolf by next week's blue and gold banquet. And you look so cute! I love your haircut and you still don't look prego. I was hoping you'd have a big o belly like mine was. You look beautiful as usual. Love the new look of your blog. Miss you!

Congrats to Dallin!! For both getting his award and being a man by gagging down juice! :) In the first split second that I saw the first picture and before I realized it was you I thought, she's really pretty! :) Ha! Right I was. Love ya!

I can't believe you have a boy old enough to be a scout. You look like a really cool mom Jill. I love the little growing belly, simply adorable.

I loved being apart of scouting with my boys. It is a great program. I loved the adorable gumball machine idea I might use that idea for our etiquette dinner next week. You have the cutest family. Your kids are growing up quick!
